Wait, the "Hillarying" of Feinstein?
So you read the article and the comments by De Leon, and you find no validity in them whatsoever? Or is it, as per usual with many Hillary supporters, that no one is allowed to criticize Hillary or Feinstein at all without being labeled a sexist or a misogynist or being told you've been brainwashed by the Repubs because you don't have a mind of your own?
I'm not a part of the far left liberals/progressives who sow seeds of discontent within the party only for the sake of causing discontent. But I'm equally opposed to the far-Centrist wing of the party (Schumer, Pelosi, Feinstein) who just throw their hands up in the face of Trump and simply say, "They control all of it, there's nothing we can do." Trust me, the Repubs NEVER think that.
Yes, I know Feinstein's history and all that she's done. I've followed her closely since that day she stood at the podium and announced that Harvey Milk and George Moscone had been killed by Dan White. I know her accomplishments and am grateful for them. But When the opposition changes, when the opposition becomes something you've never faced before, then your status quo actions and reactions need to change as well. The Dems, including Feinstein, are not changing. They are attempting the same offense/defense regardless of the new foe. And that has to change.
And guess what? I can say that while NOT being a sexist or a misogynist or brainwashed.
1) Pelosi, even more so than Feinstein = GOP control of House/Senate. Fucking pull a Newt Greenwich on GOP with NEW Dem leadership. Its the LEADERSHIP, that is tarnished. Good intentions CANNOT overcome their image.
2) Though the relationship between Herr Drumpf and Ivanka just reeks of lecherousness, she is his daughter, not wife.
