In Memoriam

Remembering the 2,977 people killed -- and more than 6,000 injured -- on Sept. 11, 2001, including my friend David Charlebois, first officer of American Airlines Flight 77. #neverforget

David's loved ones haven't forgotten.

I'm as sorry as anyone over 9-11. We have devastation from two hurricanes and an idiot in the White House. This will be an unpopular comment but sometimes we must live in the present!

Dwight, yes, your comment was unpopular and insensitive to those lost today. I personally almost lost two people 16 yrs. ago, one in the World Trade Center and one at the Pentagon, but fate and timing saved both of them. I was in NYC about 3 weeks ago, and visited the 9/11 Museum and Memorial, and it is on my mind and get emotional just telling people about my visit. So please show some compassion for those lost.

Anyone who lived 9/11 will never forget it. There is nothing wrong about living in the present but it's an even bigger mistake to forget the past.
