He and his wife are Satans disciples, she slapped an airline employee as I think I remember. Karma knows no religion!

This furniture store owner is a legend known for his philanthropy and quirky commercials. He's even been a Houston Gay Pride Parade Grand Marshall. He opened two of his megastore furniture outlets to Harvey victims.

Correction: "Mattress Mac" was never a Grand Marshall. Though, I do remember him riding in a convertible during a Gay Pride Parade. I'm old.

This is from, http://houstonlgbthistory.org/index.html.
In 1999, "A record-breaking crowd of 100,000 watches as the intersection of Montrose and Westheimer glows with the light reflected off a disco ball measuring 8 1 / 2 feet across. An idea envisioned by Lee Harrington, the disco ball is made possible by funding from Jim “Mattress Mac” McIngvale who rides in the parade on a float with diva Martha Wash."
"Mattress Mac" owns Gallery Furniture.
