The Blondie bombshell covers the June/July issue of Nylon magazine, in which she confirms that this summer's double billing with Garbage will mean a lot of unhappy fans. "I'm just going to get up there at the beginning of the show and say: 'No tears. You're not going to hear 'The Tide Is High.'
