ICYMI: I've seen Madonna four times in concert, all on her first three tours -- but have had no desire to see her since. People often insist I would love her more recnet shows -- which I might -- but I always tell them I'm not willing to spend hundreds of dollars for someone I've already seen four times (when tickets were always under $50), who does half new (inferior) material and half older material (if you're lucky) that's been rearranged beyond recognition. You know who I would pay (way more than) $50 to see? The Madonna who performed a true-blue rendtion of "Borderline" on "The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon" last week, with just a small band, three backup singers, all-live vocals and minimal theaterics.
