I don't dispute what happened to this woman is horrifying. But I will say that if the public humiliation is what upsets her most, then this lawsuit has had the unintended effect of bringing this to everyone's attention. I for one had never heard of her or this before she sued. And I even went to the trouble of looking for the video/photos online as a result, something I'd have never done in a million years otherwise.
