I might have considered going if Best Coast were opening in NYC, but I think I prefer to remember the band when it was fully intact. The Go-Go's were my first concert -- Greg and I saw them with the Blasters at Compton Terrace in Phoenix back in 1982 -- so will always have a special place in my heart. ("Beauty and Beat" is still one of the five best debuts of all time, in my humble opinion, even better than Blondie's first.)
