Its been on the market for over three years. I guess Mary, Rhoda and Phyllis aren't quite as much a draw these days as they hoped. But the price is now below 2 million: $1,995,000.
A house? I thought hers was an apartment, because of Phyllis and Rhoda being neighbors, as in across the hall and upstairs (resp.).
