Hadn't listened to the Go-Go's comeback -- and presumably last -- album in ages, but sure did enjoy it the other night. Reports at the time said "God Bless the Go-Go's" was promoted so heavily and sold so poorly that it literally put Beyond Music out of business, which is a shame since it's far superior to the label's first New Wave comeback attempt, Blondie's multi-platinum "No Exit." There's not a clunker on the gals' effort, and even this Charlotte Caffey bonus track -- from the U.K. edition -- stands out as a could-have-been hit single of yesteryear.
