It's been more than three decades since the last official Blondie album came out -- the universally panned "The Hunter" -- yet the fallout continues even today thanks to video outlets like YouTube. Just came across this incredibly awkward -- even by Debbie Harry's standards -- clip of the low-rent "Tide Is High" wannabe, with what appears to be the singer performing in front of a fourth-grade home room in the U.K. The wig, the heels, the moves -- it's all so uncomfortable that you just won't be able to take your eyes off her. And if the first four minutes aren't excruciating enough, stay till the end when Deb stops even bothering to lip sync and puts her head down and tries to slip out the side exit! The heinous original and bizarre alternate video suddenly don't seem so bad, do they?

Still a fan of most of the album. I really like this song and "English Boys"....though I know others who loathe that song.
