This song is on the soundtrack of the 1982 film "Summer Lovers" starring Darryl Hannah and (a naked) Peter Gallagher. Fun movie...and a great soundtrack.
I remember being really surprised to gradually learn that everybody in Depeche Mode was straight ! (Yes, "Summer Lovers" was a junky but very watchable movie and with a great soundtrack. Including Tina Turner doing "Johnny and Mary.")
