As I re-read "Helter Skelter" I am reminded by just how unsuccessful Sharon Tate's career had actually been, before becoming immortilized as the forever "It" girl after that gruesome event 45 years ago. Her sister Debra has a new book out, -- "Sharon Tate: Recollection" -- and if you're at all interested in Sharon I strongly recommend reading this piece in L.A. Weekly, where we learn that while Debra has written a book about her infamous sister, she actually doesn't seem to want to talk about it at all. Read HERE.
