He was probably squinting. Everybody looks black when you're squinting.
I took stats during the Summer in college, so i'm no authority; but a country this size with an incidence of impulse-rage killings demarcated along distinct racial lines is an harbinger of an impending dystopian/Mad Max #THUNDERDOMEBITCHES future...
Luckily, I started learning French in elem. shcool. So, it's time to pull a "Madge-Move" and head across the pond. If for the sole reason there's no 2nd amendment 'mishegoss'. and we don't even interpret that amendment properly. it's within a well regulated militia that one has the right to bear arms - not just cuz it's tuesday...and u're pissed!
