I told Michael that I found out Aunt Clara died today and he just sort of shrugged. I was sort of taken aback by his reaction -- he has met her before and loved her (and even if he hadn't it wasn't the reaction one would be hoping for) -- but then when I mentioned possibly going to the funeral in Maryland, he quickly apologized and said he thought I was talking about Aunt Clara from "Bewitched"!
RIP, *my* Aunt Clara. She was a Bircher and probably a birther, but I will always be grateful to you for helping me reconnect with the Walshes. (The other Aunt Clara died in 1968, btw, at the height of the show's popularity.)

I'm sorry, I thought you were speaking about Aunt Clara as well. Then I though, jeeze she must be older than god cause she was old during her show.

This is why Alice Ghostly (who's also dead) was brought on the show. They wanted another bumbling, goofy witch to replace Aunt Clara.
