Hair stylist Kenneth Battelle -- known simply as "Kenneth" to his devoted clientele, just as I'm known to my blog readers as simply "Kevin" -- died Sunday at his home in Wappingers Falls, N.Y., two years after his retirement. Seen here with Joan Rivers, Kenneth styled many legends, including Judy Garland, Audrey Hepburn, Lucille Ball, Lauren Bacall and both Marilyn Monroe (bleach) and Jackie Kennedy (bouffant).
