Teaser: Johnny Hazzard Needs You

Wade Gasque directs, produces and co-wrote the film with his longtime boyfriend, Mark Strano. Strano plays the older brother who still lives at home where he's cared for their ailing father. For Gasque, "I have a handful of gay sibling friends and I've always been fascinated by their stories but I've never seen a movie about them. What was it like growing up together? Does it make the experience less isolating? How do you disappoint Mom and Dad, twice?" On directing Valenti, Gasque says, "There's a rawness to Frankie. He's not afraid to take risks and it pays off in his performance."
