Thomas Beatie, the so-called "pregnant man," says he will appeal an Arizona judge's ruling that he cannot get divorced from his wife because the state does not recognize same-sex marriages. Of course the judge is being a prick -- shocker, Judge Douglas Gerlach was appointed by Jan Brewer -- as Beatie had legal documentation identifying him as a man when he married wife Nancy in Hawaii nine years ago, but my favorite part of the story is this comment on Yahoo News, which I'm guessing may have been oddly comforting to Mr. Beatie!
