Ouch! Man, wonder how Ryan's reacting to all these haters? You gotta admit, he's pretty to look at.

This makes me think of Matty from Body Heat. I can't remember the quote exactly and I'm too lazy to look it up.

Whoa! What happened to journalistic integrity? Ryan is an amazing swimmer, won gold medals at the Olympics and other meets. We also know that he's not going to find the cure for cancer. Give the man a break!

I think they are mean-spirited jerks. I mean wow, you are anchoring some 2 bit local news station in Philadelphia ( Channel 29 in the old days was one of the UHF frequencies that had very limited range) are you two raging success stories ? Not likely.
Lochte is probably a nice guy, an awesome athlete that has nothing but train his body his entire life, not surprising that his intellect hasn't developed as well because he has ignored it and now he is playing catch-up.
He'll marry some nice girl and wind up be a really cool, loving Dad.
Leave him be.
Sad to think that one can achieve so much in one's life and there are still the haters.
Those news anchors don't seem to be the brightest crayons in the box themselves!!
That was unbelievably unprofessional on the part of the news anchors.
If you're a celebrity and you continue to want to be in the limelight - like what he's doing with this reality show -- then you open yourself up to snark, if not ridicule.
And he may be a nice person but exposure to his PR over the years, has shown him to be arrogant as well as ignorant, if not stupid.
