It means, for one, that I have now heard of a magazine that I did not know existed.

The guy who ran Boi also owned Circuit nightblub, one of the largest gay clubs in Chicago. It shut down unexpectedly last week, no notice, just locked doors. Lots of rumors going around (drugs, sex, etc), but it looks like it's all about money. More details here: http://articles.redeyechicago.com/2012-11-05/news/34930711_1_liquor-license-web-site-boi
