I guess the demise of her show on OWN didn't hurt her too badly. Page Six is reporting that Rosie O'Donnell just forked over $8 million for a four-bedroom apartment with outdoor space at 130 W. 12th St., the site of the former St. Vincent’s Hospital, which is being turned into condos. My friend Ken lives on that block -- so I'm banking on a "pic with" in the coming years!
