Sign the petition to tell Congress it’s time to end federal marriage discrimination, which affects families is a multitude of ways. For instance, even though "don't ask, don't, tell" has been repealed, the so-called Defense of Marriage Act forces the military to treat married gay and lesbian service members and veterans and their families differently than it treats all other married service members and their families.
