'Desperately Seeking the Exit' Invades L.A.

Actor/playwright Peter Michael Marino brings "Desperately Seeking the Exit" -- his hilarious one-man autopsy of how his seemingly brilliant idea to use the music of Blondie to turn "Desperately Seeking Susan" into a jukebox musical died a quick and painful death -- to Los Angeles this Saturday at 8 p.m. at BANG Comedy Theatre (457 N. Fairfax). It's free and there are no reservations. I saw it opening night in New York and loved it. If you're a fan of Debbie Harry, Madonna, "Desperately Seeking Susan" (if you're reading this blog, then the answer HAS to be yes to one of those) or even theater in general, you should see this show.
