There's so much to love in this recently unearthed clip from legendary gossip columnist Michael Musto's 30th birthday party, held at the Palladium on Dec. 8, 1985. Judy Tenuta reminds us why she was never able to get a sitcom even when they were handing them to out to comedians like phenobarbital at Judy Garland's baby shower for Liza; Emo Phillips proves he never could quite hold people's attention; and Michael Musto shows that even in the '80s he wasn't getting the respect he deserved, as demonstrated by his "very special guest" of the evening -- one Larry "Bud" Melman. (What, was Clara Peller not available?) But who knew Michael could sing? Enjoy!
