Things have gone from bad to worse at the Chelsea Hotel, where City Council Speaker Christine Quinn joined the Chelsea Hotel Tenants Association on Saturday to protest the new owner of the famed 23rd Street building, which is said to have become a moldy, asbestos-ridden dump. Read HERE.

A new owner wouldn't cause it to be asbestos-ridden. Nobody is adding asbestos to buildings anymore. but I'm sure it's still a dump.
