My obsession with cereal is well-documented, so it made me extra happy when I launched into the King Vitamin theme this morning at work and the guy next to me -- without missing a beat -- joined in! Remember this? (And who remembers Freakies?)

I was not a fan of King Vitamin, but I remember Freakies. The "toy" inside was a Freakies Maganet, and I wanted that so bad (after all the toy was how I also, picked the cereal). My mom fought me over getting it, she told me I never had it and how did I know if I liked it. I assured her that it was good, and I would like it. She told me that we would buy that week, but no other cereal would be bought until that box was finished.
The next morning, I opened up the Freakies, poured a bowl, dug to the bottom for my toy. I was so happy, then I took a bite,it was awful. But My mother stuck to her word and I had to eat it before we got more cereal. I learned my leason.
Now how about the famous Quisp vs Quake battle. I was more of Quake fan ( maybe it was the hunky cartoon guy).
