BuzzFeed's Ultimate Collection of Bad Michele Bachmann Quotes is definitely worth a read HERE. They're all jaw-dropping, but No. 3 particularly bothered me as I can't think of too many things that are more ANTI-American than to brag about voting to put your country in a position to default on its monetary obligations. (What a patriot.) Even more disturbing, she thinks that S&P downgraded us because Congress voted to raise the debt ceiling: :
"I think we just heard from Standard & Poor's. When they dropped -- when they dropped our credit rating, what they said is, we don't have an ability to repay our debt. That's what the final word was from them. I was proved right in my position: We should not have raised the debt ceiling. And instead, we should have cut government spending, which was not done. And then we needed to get -- get our spending priorities in order."
(This woman thinks she's qualified to be president!)
What's your favorite Bachmann quote? (You know all this attention must be driving Sarah craaaaaaaazy!)
