While I realize ankle socks (and half socks) have very much become the norm for regular guys, I'm still not sure how I feel about pro tennis players wearing them. Andy Roddick debuted the look -- a la Marty Fish -- at Queen's Club last week and I couldn't help but think he looked like my old neighbor Barbara Moretsky, or one of the ladies "at the club" out there. What do you think?

I like the small socks on players. The longer socks are retro, but also make me think of porn movies. Not that that's a bad thing, mind you...
HATE calf-length socks with an undying passion. Don't even get the point of them.
