While that "abstinent" whore he knocked up was busy showing off her new Jay Leno chin, Levi Johnston turned 21(!) over the weekend, celebrating with his friends from Mensa in white trash style in Vegas, of course. (He might wanna watch it with that cake, though. You know how it is with straight guys -- they "peak" at 21.)
