Pop Culture Rush: 'Too Close for Comfort' Cast Reunites in L.A.

Wow, I missed this when it happened last month, but how fun is this reunion of the cast of "Too Close for Comfort" -- Deborah Van Valkenburgh, Lydia Cornell, Jim J. Bullock and Nancy Dussault. Everyone looks fantastic, especially Nancy, who I grew up with when she hosted "Good Morning America" (she's 74 now). So hard to believe Ted Knight has been dead 25 years (the Mary Tyler Moore reunions are never the same without him). The gang was all there to support Jim J. Bullock's cabaret show at Vitello's in the Studio City, the same place where Robert Blake blew away his wife, Bonny Lee Bakley, in 2001. (I wonder if they talked about that -- or about the time Monroe was raped?)

I remember Nancy Dussault hosting GMA as well, Kenneth, as well as the UCP telethons with John Ritter and Henry Winkler.

BTW - "Too Close for Comfort" is on Antenna TV (a sub-channel from WPIX I think) Fridays and Saturdays.

Strange. I just saw TCFC on Antenna TV over the weekend and wondered what had happened to this bunch.
