I don't think I've sat through a full episode of "The Bachelor" before, and the (obviously scripted) segment I caught last night quickly reminded me why. Assuming the mute button is readily available, there are worse things you could watch on TV than hunky Brad Womack, seen here with the three "finalists" in the new Sports Illustrated. (I see an episode of "Tool Academy" in that guy's future.) But these women -- especially Shawntel the embalmer -- already talking about being in love and getting married are so scarily insane, I'm not sure how anyone sits through more than three seconds. Kudos to Virgin Mobile for coming up with this episode-perfect advertisement, which could just have easily been product placement. Monday, February 21, 2011
