They're infinitesimally cuter when they're in peril, like this little girl, who got stuck in the walls of Brooklyn assemblyman's office -- it could have been worse, at least it was a Democrat -- or Chloe, a 4-year-old German shepherd who fell off the houseboat she lives on in the (frigid) Hudson River.
