Postcard From London

Got a fun message from my friend Mary last night, telling me she'd found a postcard I'd sent her from a trip of mine to London circa 1987. Thought I'd share its contents as it bolsters what I have blogged about before, how I based my trips on the record-store potential of various locales rather than cultural/historical places of interest!

London is an absolute riot! The underground system is so much fun. I can't believe I've made it to the new wave stooge capital of the world! We just discovered that there's a Tower Records in Piccadilly Circus -- God help me! We're staying in Westminster near Victoria Station. We're just a hop, skip and a jump from anything and everything.
