Michael and I saw "Catfish" over the weekend in Union Square. I loved it -- if not one of the year's best, it's certainly one of the most intriguing -- but realize I was the perfect viewer having read ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it going into (I didn't even know it was a documentary). I've since seen that the principals were interviewed at length on "20/20" -- giving away most the plot twists -- and there's a raging debate about the film's origins and motivation. Whether you know what it's about or not, however, I highly recommend it.
And yes, Nev's pretty adorable ...
