Facebook 'Locks Out' Dissent Against Target

The new movie about Facebook says you "You don't get to 500 million friends without making a few enemies," and apparently you can add LGBT protesters of Target to that list. I'm told that the social-networking giant has "locked" the page "Boycott Target Until They Cease Funding Anti-Gay Politics" on "trumped up charges of copyright infringement."

A flack for the protesters writes: All attempts by the administrator to learn details of why this action was taken or what "copyright infringement" occurred have been met with silence. A new page has sprung up within minutes of this draconian action by Facebook, but every bit of publicity exposing Facebook's censorship will be appreciated.

Not cool, FB. Not cool at all.
