Uncomfortably funny seeing the images. But would Tweeting really have played a role? It seems like the first Tweet would have been while parked and the dog-pic Tweet would definitely have been before getting back behind the wheel. Wouldn't there be a partial Tweet or something to show he was actually using his device while driving? He did some terrible work on people but still sad to die so young.
