I'm no fan of her surgery, but she looks fab now compared to the years-old photo you chose, which was taken right after what was probably an eyejob and facelift. It always boggled my mind that she chose to do major upkeep within a month of a bunch of public appearances. Shots of her in Harlem the other day on a shoot are reassuring.
Madonna was never an attractive woman, never. I don't think she looks 'fab' at all, she looks like she has had plastic surgery, and will certainly continue adding refinements and touch ups. Eventually she will morph into a freak.
Madge is a survivor. Unfortunately, she's veered into the plastic/botox lane. Move over, Nancy Pelosi...there's a new gal in town.
