Standard Operating Procedures: Peter Davis explains how to get into the Boom Boom Room, the 18th-floor nightclub at the Standard Hotel that some New Yorkers are saying is the new Studio 54. (Vogue)
iMags: Conde Nast is preparing iPad version of some of its top magazines, with Wired, GQ, Vanity Fair, The New Yorker and Glamour said to be first. Whether this saves virtually everyone I know's job remains to be seen. But at least it's a start. (NYT)
