Page 1 Consider (01/19)

  • Out of the Closet: Is it just me, or did "Bachelor" hottie Jake Pavelka borrow one of Ellen's outfits before going on the comedian's talk show? (EllenTV)

  • Career Suicide: Oh, just what I wanted to hear: A new polls reveals that most people won't pay to read newspapers online. (CNet)

  • Unnecessary Roughness? Remember Ovie Mughelli, that professional football player who was "outed" recently? Well, he's got himself a lawyer now. (Outsports) Even so, his alleged lover sounds awfully confident with what he's saying, despite his rather odd declaration that he's "not here to define Ovie’s sexuality.” Listen for yourself HERE.)

  • Ab-Fab: Kellen Lutz heats up the latest "sexy abs" photo gallery in the Daily News, a feature that has become more common in the big city daily than on my own blog! (NYDN)

  • Abuse of Power: An increase in male-on-male sexual harassment shows larger truths about abuse in the workplace. (Newsweek)

  • Sugar Mommas: Men are finally wising up and marrying for money. (NYT)

  • Forget Paris: You're looking at the greatest tennis headline -- ever. (Reuters)

  • Feel the Love: Beau Breedlove, the former teen lover of Portland, Ore., mayor Sam Adams, plans to write a memoir(!) and has signed with a literary agent. If it sells, I would suggest an initial print run of about 12, assuming both of his parents are comfortable reading about his underage sex antics. (Oregonian)

  • The Name Game: The Supreme Court on Friday agreed to decide whether the First Amendment requires that the names of people who sign ballot-initiative petitions be kept secret. (NYT)

  • Gator Aid: If only his mom had followed her doctor's advice, we never would have had to hear about how much Tim Tebow likes performing circumcisions on Filipinos. (Deadspin)

  • Poll Dance: Although it's heartening, it's going to take more than this poll to convince me that most Americans aren't stupid. I'm looking at a certain group today, Massachusetts. (Political Hotsheet)

  • Taxman Calling? Having poked fun at Luke Wilson for his AT&T commercials, I'd be remiss for not also mentioning Megan Mullally's musical spots for I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. Given that a crack about it was the first thing that came up on a Google search of her name, clearly I am not alone in my feelings. (PopWrap)

The worst part about seeing Megan Mullally whoring margarine is that I don't think that she's even singing the songs. It sounds like they dubbed in a profession singer. The whole thing is so sad to see.

Kenneth - thank you for being fair and balancing out the Luke bashing with a little Megan bashing.

Its easy for me since I never liked her tv show. Bitchy, drunken woman and her gay toy. WOW, really original.

But seriously, is she in debt to the tax man or something? Does anyone know if she had some Nic Cage debt?
