Madonna, never one to shy away from helping the less fortunate, shows 'em how it's done on Friday's Hope for Haiti Now telethon. (Just wonderful. If she'd do a tour like this I'd go all 10 nights!)

I was amazed. She really brought it.
It's always nice to remember she can sing. My fantasy used to be that she'd do a series of one-off performances, all very different (including something totally acoustic) and then marry all the best bits into a concert. Her voice is good, but as she tours, it gets raggedy.
She still can sing!
She always does. Her tone is just incredible. I thought Mary J was amazing too
Incredible tone? Really?
Anyway, I wish she'd learn some damn technique.
I've never heard someone do the gospel solo as well as on the record. I wish she'd got a name to do it. Like Darlene Love.
Wow, I'm in the minority! I thought her vocals were terrible! Though, I don't like to judge people who are performing for charity...I thought this, Sheryl Crow and earwig Taylor Swift were the worst of the night.
The best were John Legend, Mary J Blige, Springsteen, the usually-horrid Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake/Matt Morris and Jennifer Hudson. Even Beyonce (w/Chris Martin on piano) was stunning.
@jeffrey:
I don't think you were in the minority. She sounds better here than she often does, but not particularly good for a professional singer, particularly on a song that isn't at all vocally challenging.
That said, the most tragic part is the surgery
I love Madonna and have seen her in Atlanta and Miami...but I think she sounded flat...sorry.
