Words Are Working Hard for You

 

If you're like me and weren't there earlier this month, here is a nice video montage of the speeches given at the rally following the National Equality March in Washington. Didn't catch who said them, but the two quotes that struck me the hardest were these: 

 "Let us be clear to America: we are looking at a system of gay apartheid. One set of laws for LGBT citizens and another set of laws for the rest of America." 

 "Rights for gays and lesbians aren't special rights in any way. It isn't special to be free from discrimination. That is an ordinary universal entitlement of citizenship." 

 Amen to that.
