Page 1 Consider (07/06)

  • Members Omly: Actor Braden Bacha, a contestant on the upcoming 11th season of "Big Brother," is a big brother all right. OMG Blog! has the full-frontal proof HERE.

  • Disgraceland: Former DC mayor and current council member is too "moral" for gay people to have equal rights, but not to stalk a woman. (I'm sure "the bitch set him up" again. (WP)

  • Girls Gone Wild: I have got to get my hands on a copy of "Wildwood: The Movie." I love the girl who puts everyone in the hospital -- and that is so definitely Dina (Laurita) Manzo of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey"! (FourFour)

  • The Sarah Palin Chronicles: Miss Wasilla 1984 is now saying it was the weight of legal bills that caused her to be a quitter, but Maureen Dowd thinks Ms. Barracuda is just bat-shit crazy. And Palin tells Runner's World magazine that she'd come out ahead of President Obama in a long run. I'm sure it wouldn't be "jogging as usual."

  • Speedogate: It seems it's not just kids who get into embarrassing situations via social-networking sites. It seems Sir John Sawers, a diplomat and spy who is currently the British ambassador to the United Nations and soon to be the chief of MI6, the Secret Intelligence Service, has gone red thanks to his wife, Shelley, who decided to share way too much information on her Facebook page. (NYT)

  • Jett Stream: Welcome back to my pal Jack E. Jett, who has just made a grand return to the radio after surviving quadruple bypass surgery and a stroke. Details about his new show HERE. Follow him on Twitter HERE.

  • Rumer Has It: Bruce and Demi's long-faced daughter Rumer Willis has been hired to play a lesbian on "90210." (Please make it stop.) (The Envelope)

  • Miss MySpace Herpes 2003: Well, I think it's safe to say that gay-rights advocates don't have too much work to do. Tila Tequila is calling on President Obama to end the ban on gays in the military. That should do the trick. (Advocate)

  • Tweedy: Why is the whole world gaga over Wilco? (NYT)

  • The Rainbow Connection: I salute my fellow LGBT-ers in Fort Worth, Texas, for being mad as hell and not willing to take it anymore. (NYT)

  • Waiting Game: The New York Blade, one of the two major gay and lesbian newspapers in New York City, has laid off its editor in chief and suspended publication. Still, its future remains unclear. (NYT)

  • Major Drama: Another rave review for "Drama Queers," Frank Anthony Polito's new coming-of-age-gay novel set in the 'burbs of Detroit in the 1980s. (PopWired)
