Roger Federer's victory at the French Open may not make him the greatest player of all time (Rod Laver couldn't play in the Grand Slams all those years he was a pro and the tournaments weren't "open" yet). But it definitely places him HIGH above Pete Sampras who not only never won in Paris, only made the semis once. (Sampras even agrees. When did he become a realist, and a gentleman?)Wednesday, June 10, 2009
