It seems Chuck, the Staten Island groundhog who bit Mayor Michael Bloomberg on Monday, has delivered his last weather forecast. While the executive director of the zoo where Chuck lives insists Chuck wasn't given his walking papers because of his anti-Bloomberg behavior, others are questioning the enforcement of term limits on the randy rodent.

Bloomberg should have kept his hand away from a wild animal..
If you see Bloomberg sporting a new fur hat or some nice fur-lined gloves I'd be suspicious.
