The new Dean & Deluca near work has only been operating about a week and it's quickly losing its luster. Twice, people in my office have thrown away half of their $10 sandwiches due to lack of tastiness (yes, I was one of them). And here's the ecologically friendly "sack" my boss' sandwich(!) was put in by one of the stern cashiers. Keep it up, guys. Keep it up ...Monday, December 22, 2008

i have had a number of bad experiences with dean & deluca staff. i was ordering bread to go once and was told to "calm down".
another time i had my camera with me in the soho store and they basically chased me out because they thought i was taking pictures. meanwhile, no one chased me out of prada. . .
They are under construction here in Newport Beach. I was looking forward but...
