Page 1 Consider (05/05)

  • Leave Off the H for Homo: Jonny “The Gay Pimp” McGovern is back with a hilarious new single, "Don't Fall in Love With a Homo." (Video)

  • 'I Fucked Everyone': Barbara Walters' new memoir comes out this week. What a fascinating 97 years she's had on this planet. (NYT)

  • Good 'Sex': The Daily News has a spoiler-free review of the new "Sex and the City" movie. I will spoil this: They LOVED it! (NYDN)

  • Glammies: Didn't think awards show could get any gayer? Think again. On June 7 at 9 p.m., LOGO will air its first-ever NewNowNext Awards. The event will be hosted by Candis Cayne and will be highlighting the best of LGBT pop culture across all mediums, including the Web, film, television and music. Favorite category? "Cause You're Hot." (LOGO)

  • McGreevances: With allegations of mozzarella-stick-fueled tag-team sex parties and same-sex infidelity, the divorce trial of former New Jersey governor Jim McGreevey and his bitter ex-wife, Dina Matos -- which starts this week -- promises to be more fun than a Mexican telenovela or a sampler platter at TGIF's. (NYDN)

  • Chirp, Chirp: Did Carly Simon come out as bisexual last week to no reaction at all? (KIT212)

  • 'Hard' Sell: Look who stopped by BET's "106 & Park" to hawk her new CD. (SoundBoard)

  • Desperate Times: You know Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are feeling the squeeze now. They've talked to the gay press in Indiana and North Carolina in recent days. (Advocate)

  • Rocket Backfires: It seems the endless stream of denials aren't working for Roger Clemens anymore, what with three different women already being identified as having had sexual relationships with the married father of three (including one who was 15 when he "befriended" her). "I need to say that I have made mistakes in my personal life for which I am sorry," Clemens said in a statement to the Houston Chronicle. Sadly, Clemens did continue to deny using steroids and HGH, which is what brought these personal issues to the forefront. I think it's safe to say no one believes a word he says at this point and some time spent in another type of striped outfit might be just what he needs to stop "misremembering" those shots in the ass. (NYDN)

  • Take a Bow: Need more handsome leading men of Broadway? (BroadwayWorld)

  • Gay Paradise: New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine signed broad legislation on Friday that mandates paid family leave for same-sex partners, making the Garden State the second after California to have such a law. With so many gay friendly laws in effect I almost want to move there. Too bad access to this gay paradise is so far away -- in New Jersey. (365Gay)

I actually do find it interesting if Carly's bi, but...wasn't she kind of too vague in the statement to know for sure?

Help me here. If he didn't do anything wrong, then why exactly is Roger Clemens apologizing?

I suppose the lack of brouhaha regarding Carly's disclosure is a sign of progress. (at least for bisexual women)

The more Roger Clemons speaks, the more I hate him.
