The report presented the (apparently) widespread problem of sex and drug use in alleys around the Dupont and Shaw neighborhoods as being something that has neighbors outraged. But when one resident said that calling the police was useless "because they take too long to come" I couldn't help but laugh knowing that my friend Keith was far too busy A.) cracking up, and B.) taking pictures of the backyard diaper-changing to even think about calling the police. (Keith concurs and said he chose not to be on camera for this very reason: blasting the police was not what it was about.) (MyFOX)
