Michael and I are taking a road trip down to Maryland for the wedding of my sweet friend Kandy and her Aussie love, Ben. They're a great couple and I couldn't be happier for them. It's hard to believe it, but despite my being 40 and having many straight friends, this is the first wedding I'll be attending of a really close friend. (Will the legalization of gay marriage mean more weddings in me and my friends' future?) More important, though, all of us are going bowling tonight as a pre-wedding outing so I get to wear my retro bowling shirt with my name embroidered on it. Hey Kenneth! How was it? I'm so excited for Kandy. You'll have to tell me all about it and who was there. Remember Mark Pitts' wedding?? I tried to post a comment when Troy died but it didn't get posted so I'll also attach my condolences here. Larry is really cute but you'll have to wean him from your ear.
