Michael and I met up with our friend Chris last night at The Living Room for the Pal Shazar show. It was Chris' first Shazerience, and he immediately took to her offbeat vocal style and cerebral lyrics. As always, Pal was happy to see her loyal fans in the audience and made time to come by to say hi -- and played my request ("People Talk") for her closing song. She's already got a new album in the works and from the song she played last night, it sounds like it's going to be another good one.
