I have always thought that the heavy black eyeliner ALL THE WAY around the eye was a trailer park, crack ho sort of look. Or something seen on those cheerleaders on that CMT reality show. Nothing against trailer parks or crack ho's of course.
Even I know the benefit of a little smudging.
Smoky eyes people, not black eyes.
This supports my theory that women with naturally dark hair can highlight or go blonde and often make it work, while it is rarely successful the other way around. This has nothing to do with the fact that I once pulled off blonde fabulously. ;-)
