Meet 'Drama' Queens Bananarama

After recently conquering the European charts, the legendary girl group BANANARAMA are ready to storm the U.S. club scene with the release of their new album, "Drama" (out May 16). And you can meet the girls in person as they've just confirmed three dates next week for CD signings at Borders Bookstores in New York, Hollywood and Long Beach, Calif.

After nearly 25 years of making music, Bananarama (Keren Woodward and Sara Dallin) are back with some of the strongest material of their career: everything you'd hoped but nothing you'd have expected. Totally modern, totally pop, totally Bananarama. You may already have heard "Move in My Direction" as an import hit last year -- and the just-released U.S. single, "Look on the Floor (Hynotic Tango)" is an instant dance classic!

My source tells me the girls will be signing the new CD only (and only ones purchased at Borders; sorry kids, that import 12-inch single of "Cheers Then" will have to wait for next time), and there will have a DJ (to be determined) and refreshments.

Ok, how old or new is that photo? They look only like they're 25! I love Bananarama, excited to hear their new work.
